Will it work with my LAN? Do I need new stuff?

Yes, it will work with your LAN. All we require is one port on one of your ethernet hubs. If you have been using the Internet, you are already prepared. If you are new to the Internet, you will only need a browser.

Is it secure?

Security can be provided in varying degrees. The MERCURYWave is as secure as a wired line. If a higher level of security is required, we will implement firewalls and VPN measures.

How reliable is it?

Our worst links lose on average one packet for every 200,000 packets transmitted.

How long to fix any problems I have with your products?

Within the first 30 minutes, one of our technicians will be working on the problem over the Internet. If he can not rectify the problem, within 24 hours a technician will be on site.

How long will it take to install?

If you are the first customer in an area, it will take 4-6 weeks from the placement of your order. If we already have a presence there, it will take 2-3 weeks.

Can I keep my domain name?

If you are the owner of record with InterNIC, you can keep your domain name. If not, mention this in your contact to us and we will see what we can arrange.
